Gold Key Select warrants, for the benefit of Customer only, that at the time of sale of products to the Customer, the products being sold are new unless otherwise identified as being used (not new), and Gold Key Select does not know of any nonconformity between the products as shipped and the manufacturers' specifications for the goods, and does not know of any defect in the materials or workmanship of the products. In every other respect, Customer recognizes that the products are being sold "as is." The only warranties given are those that might be offered by the manufacturers of the products.

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to negligence, shall Gold Key Select be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of the information and materials on this site and the products made available through this site, even if Gold Key Select or an authorized representative of Gold Key Select has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall Gold Key Select's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, including but not limited to, negligence or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you for the products you purchased.

The laws of the State of Wisconsin shall govern all transactions between the Customer and Gold Key Select; and that any dispute or litigation with respect to transactions shall take place exclusively in the State of Wisconsin.
